Dušan Radovanović, founder and director
Dušan Radovanović has 30 years of experience in the real estate investment sector, industry and entreprenurship.
He has been the founder and director of Finvest doo since 2006, specialized in growing business within residential and commercial real estate.
Prior to founding Finvest, he cofounded and managed Digital Printing Center, Belgrade.
He has earned BSc in Banking and Finance degree from The London School of Economics and Political Sciences ( LSE ), The University of London.
Dušan has also earned a diploma for special studies in Tax Advising from the Faculty of Law, The University of Belgrade.
Slobodan Jovanović, civil engineer
Slobodan is a civil engineer with 40 years of experience in the construction industry. He has led the project management discipline on a number of large – scale, complex residential and mix use developments across Serbia.
Slobodan joined Finvest in 2007.
Tanja Brkovic, sales director
Tanja has worked with investors for 12 years on construction projects and sale of residential and commercial complexes.
First of all, she tries to listen to her clients, understand their desires and needs, and with her knowledge and experience help them to make the right choice, and later guides them through all other stages of this process. Buying an apartment is a real enjoyment without tension and stress.
Tijana Radovanović, landscape architect
As a landscape architect, Tijana develops design that meets all needs. Her design principles, based on 20 years of experience working on a variety of projects ranging in scale and complexity including commercial building, hotel, streetscape and private gardens as well as good theoretical basis are continually evolving to deal with new challenges.
Particularly interested in planting schemes inspired by natural landscapes, combining naturalism and modernity with special accent on fusion between outdoor and indoor space.
Gordana Tešić, office manager
With many years of experience Gordana joined Finvest in 2007 to take in house responsibility of organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office. She provides support to the development and construction management team.
