Founder and CEO

Dušan Radovanović has 30 years of experience in the real estate investment sector, industry and entreprenurship. He has been the founder and director of Finvest doo since 2006, specialized in growing business within residential and commercial real estate. Prior to founding Finvest, he cofounded and managed Digital Printing Center, Belgrade. He has earned BSc in Banking and Finance degree from The London School of Economics and Political Sciences (LSE), The University of London. Dušan has also earned a diploma for special studies in Tax Advising from the Faculty of Law, The University of Belgrade.

Tijana Radovanović, B.Sc. in Landscape Architecture

Landscape Architect

Tijana’s design principles are based on 20 years of experience and scientific basis. The projects she has worked on, varying in scope and name, include commercial buildings, hotels, street greenery and private gardens.
Tijana is particularly interested in plant combinations inspired by natural landscapes, combining naturalness and modernity with special attention to the warehouse between the interior and the exterior.

Slobodan Jovanović, B.Sc. Civil Engineering

Expert Consultant and Supervisor

With 44 years of experience in the construction industry, Slobodan has worked as a project manager on numerous large and complex residential and commercial projects across Serbia. He joined Finvest in 2007, where he contributed to the successful completion of many projects. In 2019, he took on the role of Expert Consultant at the company from 2023. Slobodan is also engaged as a supervisor, ensuring that all projects are carried out to the highest standards and quality.

Tatjana Andrejić, M.Sc. Eng. Org.

Sales Director

Tanja has almost 20 years of experience working with investors on construction and sales projects of residential and commercial complexes. Her significant experience, as well as previous results, contribute to the creation of effective strategies, and thus to the achievement of desired sales results. Tanja continuously monitors sales and post-sales activities and successfully coordinates with all Finvest sectors, as well as public institutions, to make buying an apartment a true pleasure.

Miloš Košutić, M.Sc. in Economics, ACCA

Financial Director

A Master of Economics with more than 12 years of work experience gained in the “Big Four” in tax structuring and consulting are some of the key characteristics of Finvest’s CFO, Miloš Košutić. Moreover, his precision, responsibility, and strong analytical skills give additional weight and value to all financial reports and projections, which contributes to the continuous growth of the company every day. Since 2015, Miloš has held the “ACCA” license and is also a member of the Association of Accountants and Auditors of Serbia.

Nenad Kijanović, M.Sc. Civil Engineering

Technical Director

Nenad is a member of the Finvest project development team as Technical Manager. He is responsible for developing dynamic plans, monitoring deadlines and quality of completed works, as well as procurement. Nenad is the main participant in the implementation of BIM technology and its use in the daily activities of companies. Nenad has gained extensive knowledge and experience by participating in more than 30 projects that he has successfully implemented in various positions. He completed his undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade and will soon acquire and license the title of responsible contractor.

Dragan Trifunović, M.Sc. Civil Engineering

Construction Site Manager

As a master civil engineer, Dragan has been a member of the Finvest team since 2021, when he joined the “Plato Bežanija” project. Today, Dragan is the Construction Site Manager of the “Vrtovi Ceraka” project, where his expertise and dedication contribute to the effectiveness and quality of construction that characterizes all Finvest projects to date.

Srđan Radović, M.Sc. Civil Engineering

Construction Site Manager

Srđan is a master civil engineer with ten years of experience in the construction of numerous residential, commercial and industrial buildings throughout Serbia. He has been part of the Finvest team since 2020 and during that time, as a Construction Site Manager, he participated in the implementation of the “Plato Bežanija” project, while today he holds the position of responsible project manager on the “Vrtovi Ceraka” project. Srđan has been a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers since 2016.

Nedeljko Tomić, B.Sc. in Agricultural Engineering

Logistics Manager

Responsibility for logistics, as well as for numerous other activities of key importance for the smooth functioning of the construction site, are among the main responsibilities of Nedeljko, a member of the Finvest team who, with his professional work, independent work and significant work in the field itself, makes significant contributions to the improvement of the work of the entire company. His dedication and precision in every aspect of his work ensure the successful implementation of projects. Nedeljko is a graduate agricultural engineer, with extensive experience in managing and optimizing logistics processes.

Despot Sarić, M.Arch.

Design Development Manager

Despot is a member of Finvest’s development team as an independent architect. He is responsible for preparing technical documentation, project development, as well as monitoring permits and procedures related to the lack of infrastructure. Despot completed his undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Architecture, University of Belgrade, and he also completed and trained to work in programs and applications such as AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion, which are used at Finvest.

Milica Mršović, M.Sc. in Civil Engineering

Technical Manager

Milica is a civil engineer with a degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Belgrade and extensive experience in developing technical projects. Since 2019, she has excelled in contractual work with subcontractors, preparing bills of quantities and estimates, as well as in procurement and project implementation. She has been a member of Finvest since 2023, and will soon receive a license as a responsible contractor, which will further strengthen her contribution to the implementation of ambitious construction solutions.

A warm, but above all professional approach to managing each sale from the very beginning of the purchase instills confidence, which makes Ivan one of Finvest’s favorite sales advisors. After completing her undergraduate and master’s studies at the Faculty of Economics in Novi Sad, Milica spent four years building her professional experience in the IT industry, honing her skills in the areas of B2B and B2C marketing. Her marketing expertise, coupled with a strategic approach, significantly contributes to the development of Finvest’s business. As a key member of the marketing team with a certificate from the Acclivus R3 Sales program, she actively collaborates with the sales department to ensure that the company remains known as a leader in quality and reliability.
