Vrtovi Ceraka is a modern condominium, positioned along Kneza Višeslava Street, on the corner with the future Nova 4 Street.

The conceptual architectural and urban design of the Vrtovi Ceraka complex is the work of an author team consisting of prof. arch. Milan Vujović and arch. Aleksandar Šavikin, winners of the invitational competition announced by Finvest. The author of the landscape architecture project is a permanent member of the Finvest team, Tijana Radovanović, landscape architect, who will give special emphasis to the improvement of free areas of the complex.

The location altitude of almost 200 meters provides a special microclimate and a magnificent view of Avala mountain, Šumadija area and the outlines of Fruška gora.

Within the Vrtovi Ceraka complex, a fitness center and various service activities are planned, located in the business part of the facility. Nearby are primary schools, preschools, shopping malls, shops and a green market, and the proximity of Košutnjak and Ada Ciganlija stands out.

The complex will be built in four phases, and within the first one, 135 apartments of different structures are planned. Parking is provided in the underground floors of the complex with two-way access ramps.
